Can I email a link to the form, or must I have a website to embed the form into?

I want to send out a registration form to 300 students and include in it a link to paypal for payment.  I do not have a website to embed it into.  I was hoping to be able to just email a link to the form as I can do with google form.  Is this possible?

Again, my problem is that I do not have a website.  is there any other way to use jotform?

Also, will this number be included in your free service?  if not, do you have packages for non-profits, and which will I need?

Yes, you can send a link to your jotform from your email directly or through our system. For free plan however you can receive up to 100 submissions, but as you have mentioned PayPal this would mean that it is a paid submission, which are limited to 10 for free accounts.

Now to be able to accept that amount of submissions you would need to have Premium Plan, which allows you to get 1.000 submissions of any kind on a monthly basis for $9.95 USD per month, as shown on our Pricing page.

Now, to send the emails from our system you can click on Embed Form button in the toolbar:

once you do, just scroll a bit down if needed and you will see the option titles Email.

This option will insert the link into the message body for you.

All of the jotforms can be accessed directly so you do not need to have a website in order to use them, all you need is the link.

No, only 10 payment submissions can be received per month for free plan and the only plans that we have are listed on the pricing page, there are only higher plans than the Professional plan which are not shown on it.

Since you said 300, then you would need to purchase the Premium plan.
