not receiving notification emails from pc but receive when sent from phone

i have been testing to see if contact form is sending properly. i receive the emails sent from my android phone but not when i send from my laptop. whats going on?

I made a test submission from a laptop and the submission was sent:

I inspected the email notification and it is missing the sender name. Maybe this is causing the email provider to block it as spam, but honestly I cannot relate it with the difference on submitting from phone or laptop:

When submitting on both equipments do you see the thank you message? Also which OS and browsers are you using on both devices?
