    Cloning Form from URL flashes Generating Form then nothing happens

    Hi!

    I try to import this form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43381788260966? in to another account (tromsfylke) and it  says "generating form" and nothing happen.

    I have done this before with success.

    Is there anything wrong or is it me?

    The account i try to import from is a paid account while the account i try to import to is a free. Could this be the trouble?

    I see that you're having an import (cloning) issue with moving your jotform from one of your accounts into t he other.

    I'm currently investigating this issue and I will respond to you shortly as soon as I know more about this problem.

    Okay so I've done a couple of different tests with this and I'm able to replicate the issue with my own testing account.

    Oddly enough though, two of my colleagues were able to clone it so it appears that this is only affecting certain accounts but i'm unsure of the exact cause yet other than it may be related to a small import bug that I think was fixed earlier as  far as I know.

    Anyhow though, since you're still experiencing it I have forwarded this matter in a bug report so that our developers can check it again and apply another fix if needed.

    I was copying a form exact same way a week ago and then everything went ok.

    I´ll just give you an update, that now in the morning (Norway), the import function is up and running for me.

    Thanks for the update about that. It's a possibility that the fix applied yesterday morning may have taken some time to fully be passed through to all of the accounts on our servers which is normal as far as I know.

    I checked this again on my end as well and can confirm the same but i'll check in with our Devs again just to be certain.
