You say : "Following that - embed your form using the source code to exclude the Jotform Domain on page clicks where the form is embedded.".

This works on my wordpress website,

but the visual result of the form is a pity.

It looks like a basic "Contact Form 7" form without graphics improvment.

    Any idea please ?

Can you please give us a link to your website page where the jotform is embedded on Edouard? It will allow us to see what is not showing up correctly and allow us to help you get it showing up just right.

    Hello,

I put a CODE SOURCE embed JotForm contact form on a test page to let you see the visual trouble.

    Here is the URL :

    http://www.groupe-cp.fr/lp-solution-patrimoniale-pointe-faula/

    There are 2 forms.

    Top one is fine.

    Bottom form looks bad.

My objectif is to track from which website come a visitor (especialy from taboola sponsored content campaign).

    Regards,

    Thank you for the link.

Since the code that you would need to add is a bit longer, I have added it to a pastebin which you can find here: http://pastebin.com/eKWYgkDH

Please copy the entire code and either:

    1. place it right above the jotform on your page or
    2. place it within the <head></head> element.

In regards to tracking, I believe that this is handled on the thread this question was moved from, which would be best to discus there and have everything at one thread.

Do let us know how it goes after adding the code above.
