How can I send an autorespond email based on conditions

    I have two different locations for my summer camp.

    If a parent applies for one, I want to send an email with those instructions to the parent after they reply. If they apply for the other program, I would send a different email response.

    Additionally, I want to send different auto-responses based on if they are new or returning. 

    I looked on the field in my email response, and it seemed like the field was called {email16} in order to send the email to that person.

    So I figured out how to make 4 conditions:

    Camp 1 AND New THEN send an email to {email16} 

    Camp 1 AND returning THEN send an email to {email16}

    Camp 2 AND New THEN etc.

    I cannot get the conditions to show up in the email tab.

    The only notification is the successful one I made for conditional email notifications.

    In general, anytime I make a new email condition, the new conditional notification isn't showing up in the email drop down tab.

    The reason why this happens is because you would need to create email templates for different conditions. Everything is similar as what you have already set, but since you want different emails to be sent to the same email address, you must create these templates and then just add the email into the one that should be sent based on the selection.

    For your case, if I understood correctly, you would need to setup 4 different email templates, out of which only 1 will be sent based on the conditions.
