We are use to using Forms Central, which allow forms to be uploaded to a database.  Does JotForm offer the same features.

    Can forms be electronically signed?

Can you apply formulas to your forms?

I see you can export and PDF responses that is good.

Can forms be arranged in folders?

As we can provide answer to only one question / issue per thread, I have moved your questions to new threads and we will be replying to each of them shortly.

In regards to your question about a database. Please note that all of the submissions are saved on our end to 3 different data centers and are available to you to download in many different ways, including download submissions as PDF, Excel and CSV files.

Since you ask about database and could be interested in getting the submissions in Database format, I will give you the links to downloading submissions in several DB formats as well:

    MySQL Export

    MS SQL Server Export

    PostgreSQL Export

    MariaDB Export

and many others that you can see on this page: Data Management apps

We will answer your question about the signatures here:

We will reply to your question about form calculations here:

We will be replying shortly to your question about the folders as well. You can find this thread here:

    Hi Janine,

I wanted to update you of our great new tool that can transfer everything from your Adobe account to your JotForm account.

All that you would need is mouse to click with it, which will allow you to use the simple, yet efficient tool that you can see more about here: Import Both Your Forms and Responses in a Single Step from Adobe FormsCentral
