    JotForm iOS App not working after latest iOS 8 update

    Your Latest Ipad App has Crashed the program

    Hi Guys think you  may have dropped the  ball on this  one  Did the  latest IOS 8 update  The  app  asked for  me to  sign  in again then promptly crashed to  a  Blank  black screen.

    So Deleted the  app  reloaded from  App store  (iCloud) sam result  app now unusable on  the  iPad

    Hi Phil, On behalf of our iOS Team we do sincerely apologize about this huge problem.

    I was able to replicate the issue on my iPad Mini and we will have this resolved no later than the end of today. We are currently looking into a fix and i'll update you again later on when that happens.

    Please accept our apologies about the delay involving this issue. We believe that we have found the cause of the problem but needed a little bit more time to fully test this problem accurately to ensure that it gets fixed properly.     Thank you kindly for your patience Phil and we deeply apologize about the delay on this.

    We've released a update in the App Store "JotForm iOS App v2.4" which is now available for download to resolve an issue involving a requirement by apple for 64-bit devices. So this was the reason as to why it was crashing on certain iPads.

    Please grab the latest update to resolve it on your end. 

    If you experience any issues please remove the app completely from your device then reinstall it again as a fresh installation. Should this issue continue then let us know.
