Email notifications are not being sent to my email address

    I made a profile on your site and put it on my site. But applications that customers leave on this form on our website - do not come to our E-mail (we have checked the settings, everything seems to be true). All customer orders only come into my account at your website. but not for our personal mail.

    I took a look at your account and I see that you only have email autoresponder set.

    Do note that email autoresponders are sent to people that fill out the jotform, not to you.

    To send emails to your account when someone fills out the jotform, you need email notifiers to be set.

    I would also like to tell you that if you click on Test email button, the email is only sent to your account, so you would need to make an actual submission to test it out properly - have email sent to some email address that is not associated with the account.
