how can I make my responses look like th original form?

It looks so unprofessional when it comes in via email or in the jotform site. How can I get the filled out form to have the same style as the one the submitter saw?

The submission view is not customizable to the look of the form, since it has a predefined style, which can not be modify, but if you want to show the headers and text of the form, you can enable that by click on on the gear icon when you are at the submissions page:
