Thank you email is not being sent to people filling out the jotform

I am getting very cranky with your service of late. Last year I had trouble with opening in excel and had to go through an external zoho website which is frustrating and time consuming. No one could help me as to why. I now have a brand new form doing the same thing.

My applicants are not getting a Thank You email either after submitting. I have tested and all seems fine on my end but not theirs.

I am on a paid service and would really like this rectified ASAP.

    Hi,

We are sorry to hear that.

I have tested your stand alone here and submitted a submission but I can't reproduce the problem. Everything seems working just fine.

May we know if you have embedded the form to your website? If yes, let us know the website URL containing the form so we can check it here. We also have no similar reports about this so the problem could be very specific on the user end. If possible, please ask the user to try different browser and see if that helps.

    Thank you!

Here is the URL where the form is linked to.

It is multiple people having this problem. They are not going to go and input all the information again on a new browser to see if by chance they get the responder.

What about the excel problem? that is a huge issue for me. Are you able to help?

    Hi Janina,

It is the same when I tested the form on your page. It is just placed there as link so it should still be fine.

    Here's my screencast: https://shots.jotform.com/elton/Screencast_13-16_30-01-2015.mp4

The problem I noticed which could also be the reason why some of your user's are not seeing the thank you page is due to this minor security error. You are using secure URL so all external files must be serve into HTTPS not HTTP. Doing so would cause security errors and some browser might prevent loading the content. This is what I see with the image on your thank you page. The image is embedded with http not https.

I am referring to this image,

It's http not https, you must host this file to a server that allows https and then re-embed it on your thank you page.

With regards to the Excel problem, would you mind creating a separate thread about this and discuss the difficulties you have currently encountered? Thanks, we appreciate.

    Regards!
