I got a notice in my email
Failed recurring charge for JotForm - Premium Monthly Subscription – JotForm Inc(Ref#73954684)
from Bluesnap.com. they said that my payment did not go through and I don,t know why but the message told me I have to login on there site (a link provided) to change the billing info and/or resolve the payment issue. This is not a problem however just wanted to know if this is who you use to bill and would my username and password be the same on this site because this is what they ask for and don't ever remember being on this site (Bluesnap.com)

Bluesnap is our old payment processor, but we are migrating to FastSpring. So, in order to update your billing info/payment method simply follow the steps in the screenshot, it should redirect you to FS instead.
