I checked your email address in our logs and it appears as though the emails were failing to complete previously. We were doing some switching with our email providers around the time you stopped receiving your notifications. Several other users also had the same issue. This resulted in those users accidentally being placed on our bounce list. This is what happened with your address:
I removed your address from the bounce list and you should be able to receive your notifications once again.
