Unable To Receive Test Email From Defaul Email Address

    Hi: I'm not receving the Test email sent to default email address. I already check my spam folder and it's not there. Could you please help me??

    Hi Betsy,

    Upon checking your form, I see that you are missing the "Sender's Name" in your Email notification setup. This might be one reason why you are not receiving emails.

     

    I've also check your email address b*****@edi*****.org.ar and our mail logs show not failed attempts in our end. It might be that your email hosting provider is blocking incoming mails from our IP addresses or domains, to solve this you might want to check this guide that we have: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

    Also, I would recommend that you fill out and click submit when doing test submissions so that you can check if everything is working as expected. Do let us know if this fixes the problem.
