My submissions are not coming to my work email account?

    The report is okay, but I want each submission sent via email to my work address, as all forms I've created in the past.

     

    The current form in question is a clone of another; what did I do wrong this time?

    Please change your sender email from your email to noreply@jotform.com and check if you get emails like that.

    From what I can see in the logs, the emails are sent, but since you are using the same email address as the sender and as the receiving party most email servers will reject such emails as spam.

    It would be best to change one of the emails to some other email address, or keep it at noreply@jotform.com as mentioned above.

    Do let us know how it goes after the change.
