Is there any chance that this is fixable? In the forum there are people with this same problem and after a month still no one has solved.
I need to know this because I can not leave my client without solve the problem for so long time.

The issue is already been forwarded to our backend team and one of our developers is already looking into the issue. Our development team works on the priority of tasks as assigned to them. Your response has also reached our team. Let's wait for their response and hope the issue is resolved at the earliest possible.
