How to have PDF submissions with our logo?

2. When I completed a test form the pdf download version did not have our logo at the top as per our form design, please can you ensure there is a way for this to happen as it did with FOrmsCentral as we pass these forms to our partners.

What you can do to include text fields in your notification is add a PDF link to your email alerts then enable "Show header an text" in your submissions page.

This will email a PDF link and will include the headers and Text (images and such as well) in the submission.
