Large file uploads are failing.

    A customer of mine and i have tried sending a file >0.5 GB and it fails. Since we are trying from two different IP addresses, I am wondering if there are any known problems on your end. For me it gets to 100% and then says failed. For the customer trying a different and larger file (~ 1 GB), it fails immediately when using IE and makes it3 to 5% using chrome.

    It seems to be working fine at my end. I was able to upload a 156MB and now trying to upload a 574MB size file.

    I think this upload would take some time. Let me get back to you with results once the files are uploaded. I'll also try to submit the JotForm to see if there are any other issues. But, you'll need to delete this submission manually from submissions view in order to free up you storage space.

    I didn't see any files uploaded and still having the problem. Did it look like the 500 MB file finished on your end?

    The second upload failed at my end so I am able to replicate the issue. I'm running some tests with the form to further investigate the issue. I'll get back to you with relevant information as soon as I complete my tests with uploading files.

    During my tests, I was able to upload files with 574MB and 447MB now by using Single file upload i.e., by disabling Multiple files on the file upload properties. Could you try this and confirm? Please let us know if you still experience the issue.

    That seems to have allowed me to get 500 MB files reliably. If I try to go higher than 1 GB, I get a message:

    Upload Error
    The file uploaded test.dat is 1.12 GB and cannot be bigger than 1 GB per file upload

    Please go back and fix the problem(s)

    I have a maximum for 2 GB set for the file size limit. Can you solve this issue?

    Hello Jeff,

    Thanks for confirming. Please be noted that the maximum file size per upload that you can upload through JotForm is 1GB only. You may need to split into multiple files with a max file size of 1GB. Please refer to our guide on the file upload size limits below :
