    Hey guys,

I'm creating a survey and I have a question where a possible answer can be "other", for the user to fill out. However, the box for this option is too small if the customer is going to answer with more than a couple words. Is there any way to modify the size of the "other" box?

At the same time, our customers are in Spain, and instead of seeing the option named "other", we would rather have it in spanish and catalan. Can this be changed in any way? Is this "other" tag in english something that is not yet translated to spanish, or is it predetermined?

Finally, can I change font as well as italics & bold of the text which is found inside any of the "survey tools"? That would be great!

    Thanks very much! :)

    Roberto

Sorry but you can change the size:

    Hi

First of all, thank you for using JotForm.

Radio buttons are originally designed that way. However, there's a possible workaround through the use of Checkbox field. Click on Options from the Menu bar under Properties tab, and add the item separated by a new line as shown below. (Click to enlarge the image)

    Thank you for using JotForm,

    Roberto,

There is no convenient way to resize the "other" box nor to change the actual text. We advise our users to instead use this workaround for better customization options.

You may then adjust the size of the "Other" text box that you'll be adding (if you're going to use that workaround) by clicking the Size button and modifying its value.

For your final question, would you mind opening a new thread for it as it looks unrelated to your first two questions? Provide more details as well. Thanks!

Thanks very much! The final workaround is working. Maybe what i'm gonna ask now is not possible, but i've been so surprised already by Jotform, maybe it actually is:

Is it possible to increase the vertical size of the "other" text box? Sometimes answers are long and don't fit all the same line.

    Thanks!

    Hello Roberto,

I am happy to inform you that you can use a Text Area option instead of Text Box in this case.

    And here is result.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
