Account over limit when using SSL submissions

    Yes I am getting some issues regarding the fact that I am running out of submission space. However I AM NO WHERE NEAR THE ALLOTTED AMOUNT OF 100 until I have to upgrade. What gives peeps? Now it's not even displaying the form!!!
