You can do that by using "Page Break" feature and "Conditions". I created a demo form (http://support.jotform.com/form/50301611514943). Please check it and verify if this is what you wanted to happen. Here's a guide if you need to clone the form.
I use the "Page break" function to create 3 pages. Page 1 = option 1 or option 2, Page 2 = Form A, Page 3 = Form B
After that, I created a conditions wherein if you chose option 1 and press next, it will go to page 2. So if the user chose option 2, it will jump to page 3.
