My business, Creative Coding for Kids, sells computer coding classes.
We use a form to display available classes in a simple vertical list, with checkboxes. People click the boxes for the class(es) they want, and hit submit.
I currently use Wufoo to collect this reservation info when people want to sign up for my classes.
BUT each class only has 12 seats, and once they're gone, I need to stop taking reservations.
Right now we're doing this manually, and we need a more automated solution.
So basically I need event registration with inventory control, so that people can see the number of available seats, choose an open class, then, when someone signs up, we can send them to a payment page immediately, and then when they pay, deduct 1 from the number of available seats.
Is this possible with Jotform?
Bonus points: allow people to click a checkbox to get on the waistlist for full classes.
We would be a premium subscriber.

If my assumptions are correct, you would like for your form to provide a total amount of seats that you have available for each class. Once a seat is booked there should be a reflection in your total number of seats available for that class. Once all seats are occupied, you would like to stop booking submissions for that particular class. If this is the case, this is very much possible with Jotform with the use of our Ticket Purchases Widget and Gift Registry Widget submission limiter within your form settings.
Here is a demo form: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/50313921954958
Both widgets allow the form user to select more than one class at the same time and it also displays the total number of seats that you have available for each class. Once all the seats are occupied for a particular class that option can no longer be selected as shown in the demo above.
I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if further assistance is needed.
