I have a fillable pdf form on Adobe Forms Central. Will it still be fillable if I import it to Jotform?

The PDF form that you can create using Jotform is not editable or writable via the soft copy method or when using only the browser.

    user guide: -How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

The most common used of the PDF form is to have a hard copy of the form, have it printed (paper form), or use a different PDF editor that have capability of being able to write on the PDF file.

As for the non imported adobe central forms yet, have you used the custom Import Tool already to import the forms?

Please check also the article guide about this here

    -JotForm-is-Pleased-to-Welcome-Adobe-FormsCentral-Users

I was able to find your post about the import request at http://www.jotform.com/answers/502009

on the Jan 23rd, and it had been addressed already.

If you had already used the import tool on the 23rd or at least a day after, the imported form should be on your My Forms page already.

Please let us know and confirm if imported forms were still not available up to this time.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan

the imported form from 23rd Jan is not appearing in my forms but no worries i will import it again, as i have imported another form from AFC today and it arrived within an hour or so perfect including the very complex conditional logic settings minus just one option which i have already fixed

very impressed with all you guys & gals are doing behind the scenes to make our lives easier as we navigate from AFC to Jotform

I will attempt to import one of the fillable pdf's and see what happens

    thank you

    You are correct Ashwin -

i can not import the pdf versions of the forms

do you know if there are any plans to develop this as an option for us coming to you from AFC?

also just imported my second form and it arrived in my forms section in about 2 minutes wow. . .  and it works perfectly all of the conditional logic settings are working - this is amazing soooooo i am not confident that my 50 or so forms will get moved

next step to follow the instructions to move the responses from AFC to JF . . .happy days!

    Hello MTLMentors,

I have moved your question related to PDF forms to a new thread so that we can send a feature request to our back end team and you will be answered here:  http://www.jotform.com/answers/507836

I am glad to know that you are able to successfully import forms to JotForm. When you say " this is amazing soooooo i am not confident that my 50 or so forms will get moved", I assume that you meant "I am now confident" :)

I believe you must have already check the guide on how to import submission/responses to Jotform but I will still share the guide with you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/309-How-to-Migrate-Form-Data-from-Adobe-FormsCentral-to-JotForm

    Thank you!

I do mean that I am now confident, very confident actually

I'd go so far as to say i am sooooooo happy that so much effort is being put into this and love the fact that you respond so promptly

(if there was a happy dancing emocion available that is what would appear here)

I wanted to update you in regards to the tools that you can use to switch from Adobe to JotForm.

The ones you used, are now enhanced by the new tools that will require a simple click or two and have your entire Adobe account (all forms and their submissions - if you so choose) transferred to your Jotform account.

Sounds good? It gets even better, your conditions and all other goodies are transferred as well using these tools, but why spoil the fun, unwrap the news yourself on our blog here: Import Both Your Forms and Responses in a Single Step from Adobe FormsCentral

A note of caution should be given, tool is too simple to use and everything is done for you, please do not start the import without the cool glasses on and something to enjoy while our system does everything for you ;)
