Conditional field is not displaying the input data in submission emails.

I have a conditional field on my form which allows a name to be put in however when I receive the application the name does not show up

I did check all the forms you have in your account and none of them have any condition added. Have you deleted the condition added?

Please add the condition again and get back to us if the issue persists.
