Our online form does not submit all of a sudden

Hi,

We have a form as seen here: http://londonisc.com/contact-details/

This form has been working for months and now when someone completes the info and click the Submit button the form just says "submitting request" but never completes.

Any ideas?

The form is embedded on a page that has JS libraries (jquery) that are in conflict with the form's code. I would recommend you to use the iFrame version of the form.
