Unable to submit form in IE because it is stuck on please wait

    Hello there!

     

    Guys, I need some help, it seems that Internet Explorer is testing my patience:

    I recently created a new form embed on my website, without any special conditions or complex fields. However, the submit button stops working after filling all the fields. The button stays unable to click with the message "Please wait ("Por favor aguarde", in Portuguese).

    This problem showed up only in Internet Explorer and only in this form specifically (I have active forms with upload files fields fully working).

    Could you guys help me? If you need any other information just say it. Thanks already!

    I see that you seem to be having an issue with getting your jotform to submit.

    I've tested this from my end in the latest version of IE11 but I am unable to replicate this issue.

    Can you please try checking this again on your end to see if it will work for you now?

    If you still experience this problem then can you please tell us what version of IE you are using?
