saving form taking time

    Hello

     

    I am just starting to use your product but am finding that the form save option sometimes doesn't work and the busy saving wheel just goes round and round, if I try to leave the page all changes are lost and the form reverts back to the last saved version.

    should I save the form after each change?

    Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you. As I test it from my end, it seems to be working fine. Such issues might occur due to several reasons like internet connection, system related issues, etc. I've cleared the form caches from my end for your account. Please try to save the JotForm again and then try clearing the browser cache by following the guide below :

    Also, JotForm is having a feature of autosaving the JotForm at regular intervals. Please right-click on white space of the JotForm to access Form Properties menu and enable Auto-Save.
