Can you please tell us what is the jotform that you have the issue with?
Also, sometimes the issues might seem similar and connected, but can be easily fixed, so I would like to ask you to try one more time as I have just cleared your jotform cache.
Before doing so, I would like to ask you to clear your browser cache as well.
If it still does not work, please let us know and we will raise this to our developers.
