Prevent someone from forwarding the formAsked by Stephen DelVecchio on February 02, 2015 at 10:26 AM
So this really only just gives you the ability to change the URL on the fly, but doesn't prevent someone from forwarding the original email to someone else to fill out does it?
I would like to prevent Joe from forwarding a form and being filled out by his girlfriend Sue.

Unfortunately, even if you have a form secured with a password, anyone would know it if the original recipient will tell someone about it. You can change the URL parameters (changing the calculation) for every person. Constantly change the URL after a few submissions.
So isn't there a way to restrict submissions only to the email addresses i send the form to?
You can set Form Limits in the Preferences so that once a submission is made using a certain email address entered in your form, they will not be able to submit using that email address again.
Go to Preferences > Form Limits > Unique Question
Another alternative would be to limit the submissions made from their IP addresses. Simply follow this guide to learn how: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form
