Email Notifier Problems

    I'm having problems with the email notifier for a few forms. The problem seems to be with a couple of the email addresses the form submissions are being sent to, although I can send emails to them from elsewhere. This means that the problem is a link between the JotForm notifier and the email address.

    I hope this isn't a JotForm problem, but I wanted to rule that out before contacting my email provider.

     

    Are there any obvious causes of JF notifiers not being picked up by email addresses?

    Hi,

    We have listed some of the reasons in this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues.

    And when using the semicolon-delimited method in adding multiple recipients in the form, you have to separate the email addresses by a "semicolon" only. No space after the semicolon. Only use space for Comma Delimited method.
