I sent in a case last week regarding email from my web form not being sent to a specified email address. The email address is email@example.com. I had received an email stating that the email address was on a bouncelist, and was taken off to allow the mail to flow properly. I have since tested the mail flow, and the issue has not been resolved. The web form appears to have sent the email, but it's never received in the contacts@ mailbox.Page URL:

Upon checking your account, I see that your email was in our bounce list again, the email firstname.lastname@example.org. The following reason was given by our system:
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'No such user (email@example.com)'
I believe the error mentioned above states that the email does not exist, please do check if it's correct, I see you mentioned the following: firstname.lastname@example.org, contacts@ and in your notification there's email@example.com.
I've removed your email in our bounce list but do please check if it is correct. Also, if you are still having problems or bouncing related issue, you might want to check your email service provider, they might be blocking our JotMail IP addresses, you could whitelist our IPs and domain names using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-email-bouncing-related-issues
