I'm just trying download a PDF of one of my tables and it says “Creating a zip file...
We will send you an email when your export is ready for download”
But nothing comes...

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you download the PDF of your submissions, it will create PDF files for all or chosen submissions in the table of your form if the file consists of more than one submission. The system will create and compress the PDF files here, and you will be informed when the file is ready for download through email. This process is not necessary for downloading the CSV data or Excel file of the submissions.

If you have any problems with your form's submissions like if it's taking more than a day, let us know and we will help you.
