    Not getting form notifications?

    Hi there, I am not receiving form notifications when someone submits a form.  I *do* have this turned on in my account settings, and they are not going to my junk email. Is there anything else I need to do to make sure I am getting email submissions?  Please help!  Thanks! - Heather

    Hi,

    I checked your forms notification and it does not appear as though there is a recipient email address entered:

    Open you notification in the form builder and change the "Recipient E-mail" field to the address you would like your forms sent to.

    David, thank you so much!!  I tested every single form that I have and received a test email when I was last in there.  I have no idea why it would send me a test email and yet not be working?  I'm so confused.  But I did what you instructed above, and hopefully it will begin working now!  Thank you!

    Hi,

    The test notification will always be sent to the default address associated with your account, no matter the setup of the current notification.  I would recommend sending an actual submission through your form to make sure the notification is working correctly.
