Hi, our client has complained of an error message popping up when she hit the submit button and it says:
"‘there are errors on this form. Please fix them before continuing.’
She said she's checked all her answers and there seemed to be no error. What to do?
Also, I did another test and this time, the submit button doesn't work!

I've tried submitting the JotForm from your webpage and I was able to submit without any issues. Please see the screenshot below :
Could you try clearing the browser's cache by following the instructions provided in the guide below :
I've cleared the form cache from my end. If you still experience the issue, we request you to embed the JotForm using iframe to avoid any conflicts with the other scripts on your website.
