Instead of submitting the form, is there a way if they enter their email (or some other way) that the user can just save their own form data?

    Hello karenwholland,

If I understood you clearly, you would like your form users to store what was entered on a form instead of submitting the data. If this is correct, it is possible that you can allow the user to print the form and save what is being entered as a PDF.

    For example:
In Google Chrome, when one triggers a print job they have the option to choose a printer or save the file as a PDF. You can place the Print Form button on your form to trigger this print job and instruct the user to save the file as a PDF or print the form if they wish.

Here is a demo form with the print button:

Even though this requires submission, a copy of what was entered in the form will be sent to the user so they can reference it at a later date. You can follow this guide if you would like the instructions to get this done.

I hope this helps. Feel free to contact us if further support is needed.

    Cheers!
