    Are you referring to a confirmation email for your users that have filled out your form? If that is the case, you can create and auto-responder.

    I follow your step by step instruction

    Sender Name: D&B Display's, Inc.

    Sender Email: noreply@jotform.com

    Reply to Email: bbourg@dbdisplaysinc.com

     

    Say the person email address is gary@garyhamm.com

    I am getting replies to info@3hamms.com

    Which is the main account email address

     

    When a customer fills out the form

    I also want an email to be sent to the person with this information

    Hi GaryH123,

    When creating the auto-responder, you are able to enter that information on the recipient settings of the auto-responder:

    You would set the recipient email as the email field in your form.
