I am trying to create a form that allows the user to select how many registrants they want to enroll (up to 4), and select which events those registrants will attend. I am trying to find the most efficient way to present this information to the user and have them select their options.
The output needs to calculate registration pricing based on their selections, and and autoresponder summarizing this. I am struggling to find an easy way to accomplish this. Is there some type of matrix widget or otherwise that would solve this problem and allow a good autoresponding confirmation as well as calculate the right pricing?

Thank you for contacting us.
This is how you can fix the calculation on your current form.
Then, it is possible to use Form Collapses instead of Page Breaks to show the fields you need. here is an example.
The Form Collapse Status should be Open. I have also used Visibility - Hidden.
Once the Form Collapses are ready, you can add the Show conditions.

You can also clone it to check the back end.
In case you need conditional email Autoresponders, we have a guide here:
How to send to a specific email address based on a selection
Please feel free to contact us if you need any further assistance.
