We are having an issue with firefox. Anytime someone submits something through our form, they receive a thank you. If someone on that same computer (even with a different email) submits another request, they receive this message. We tried different browsers with different emails to test it out, and it allows multiple submissions, as long as the email address is different. Please advise. Thank you!

The 'Only one entry is allowed' warning is related to the specified limits on form:
It appears that the issue is already fixed. I see no limits on your form, and my test entries went through without any issues.
If the issue still persists, please let us know.
