I received a message today that I have reached my limit of 10 payments per month for my free account. However, I upgraded on January 21st, so I do not have a free account. I am now afraid that payments will no longer be processed as they should be. Help!

Upon checking your account, I see that you're far from reaching your quota or limit for submissions. Apologies for the inconvenience, please disregard the email. You can also check your account limits under Account menu.
Everything looks good in your account, you should not have any problems, that email might be from the previous subscription plan that you have which is "Free" or "Starter" that you have before the upgrade.
