    Good Evening JotForm team

One of the people trying to fill out one of the forms I created is getting this message. I've looked up solutions to this from prior questions and I clearly have in "no check" in the unique submissions but it's still getting this. What's the problem?

    Hi there,

I cloned your form and I found out that there is a set limit for unique question.

This means that if someone already selected one of the item in the dropdown and submit it, then no one can submit the same item next. Based on your form, if someone from Boston College already submitted a form, then you will not received anyone submission from Boston College anymore.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

    Hi Jotform support,

Thanks for the prompt reply. It still doesn't make sense because someone from University of Illinois-Chicago has been running into this problem. I've been looking in my submissions list and I have yet to receive anything from that school. So how can this be the case?

I checked your form submissions and indeed, the University of Illinois - Chicago is not yet selected. I cannot test the form since I think you have it publish somewhere. But I've cleared your forms cache. Would you mind asking the University of Illinois - Chicago personnel to try again? If the issue remains the same, then try to add the same option but tweak it a little. Let's say, University of Illinois in Chicago.

I wanted to forward this thread to our developers, but I cannot replicate the problem. Try the suggested solution and I hope that works.

    Thanks

Will do thanks! In the "Unique Question" box that the first guy mentioned, I went from "Chapter" to "no check". Do you think that will fix the problem as well?

Yes, that will fix it since that will remove the unique question limit to the form. After you change it and saved the form, clear your form's cache so just to make sure.

    Thanks
