How can I fix the 404-page-not-found error on the e-signature widget

    I get a '404 page not found error' on the signature widget in one of my forms.

    I submitted a support request (#1422551410 ) on 1/29.

    Charlie replied, saying that the widget was out out date, and I simply needed to remove it and then re-add it.

    However, this suggestion is not workable, b/c when I try to remove the widget, jot-form tells me that I will lose all of the data associated with that widget!

    Hi,

     

    Apologies for the inconvenience, our widgets were updated regularly, and in this case it seems that yours made not have received the updates directly, to fix this you just need to remove the widget and add it again.
