Authorize.net Integration Error: Credit Card Has Expired?

    Please see attached for error. I get this when checking integration on new and currently active forms. Ones that were formerly performing the test for integration now all get this error.

    Hi,

    Apologies for the trouble. It seems that the credit card that is associated with your Authorize.net has expired? Or the API Login ID and Transaction key specific to the credit card associated with your Authorize.net has expired? If I may suggest, please do check your Authorize.net account if everything was setup correctly there and if the credit card associated with it is all good.

    I will recheck with them. Login and Key are correct and the payment from our organization says ACH. Transactions are still being processed...

    Thank you for updating us. Do let us know if the problem still exists even after using updated log in credentials and keys from your Authorize.net account.

    Did this get resolved, I am having the same issue except I do not have a credit card on file, its a bank account which is good.

    We are getting the same error and it started yesterday (February 3) also.  Is there a problem internally with jotform?

    Skandler I was told it was on the Jotform side to update. I hope your processing works fine as mine did, just kinda odd

    Please disregard that error, it happens because the credit card used to test the integration has expired.


    However, this shouldn't affect your integration at all.
