FormsCentral Migration: Problems with conditions after upload (disappeared).

Hi, I have problems with conditions after upload (disappeared). Also after conditions re-creation, they are not visible if I try to update them.

Which one of your forms do you experience problems with conditions?

I checked 2 of your imported forms and found that conditions are working. Here is an example
