My Condition Does Not Hide Checkboxes?

When I conditionally format my checkboxes to appear only when foreign language is selected it is not being hidden. I have a lot of conditional formatting in my form which may add to the problem but this should be very straight forward. So, as you scroll through the form choose create a volunteer profile and you will see a skills section and right underneath that is a language(s) section. I want to hide the language(s) section and have it only appear when someone chooses foreign languages from the skills section. I have conditionally formatted the skills section to do so but it is not happening.

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, it seems that you have two conditions that shows the "What foreign languages do you speak?" field.

    1. This is the first condition that shows that field.

    2. This is the second condition that also shows that field.

I assume that the skills section should show under the condition of Creating a new volunteer profile? If it does, there's a redundancy of the show function on that specific field, because it's always true on the second condition.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you.
