Increase my form width without losing its responsiveness

I also want to increase the width of the from ut still make this response for ipad or other, again advice on this. I have tried various ways to get this iframe to embed effectively into ipad but not successfully as i keep losing the bottom of my form.

I checked your web page and it appears as though you are using your forms source code to embed your form.  If would recommend trying the iFrame method once again and adjusting the height of the frame to suit your liking:

You can adjust the Iframe height directly on the Iframe code, as indicated below, to match the new height of your form: 

In the above embed code, you can also change scrolling="no" to scrolling="yes" to allow for the frame to scroll.
