How come I receive completed forms without all mandatory fields?
We have several mandatory questions on our form, but sometimes we receive submissions that only contain partial information. Why is this?

Please try to use an iFrame version of the form on your web page. It should fix the issue.
In the meantime, I am escalating a bug report ticket to our Development Team to see if there is anything wrong with our JS Embed code.
