FormsCentral Import: Changing the Page Title

Also, when I preview the same form, in the tab description it says "Adobe FormsCentral" even though I've changed the name of my form & tried using a custom URL. Can you please tell me how to resolve this.

Please try changing the page title on the preferences. Here's how to do it:

Click the "Preferences" button on the toolbar. Under General settings, you can just change the "Page title" value. You need to double click it, in order to edit the text.
