    Form Language: Translation Not Being Saved Properly?

    I have the same problem here. Translated fields are not being saved properly.

    Could you please share with us a little bit more about the issues you're having? I mean, you enter a translation, hit the save button and when you load your form again the translations are not saved?

    I've made a few tests on my side and was unable to reproduce the issue.

    We'll wait for your response to further investigate this issue.

    I hit the save button on the translation window. I then hit the save button on the Multilanguage Form Options window and return to Preferences. Once I close preferences everything seems to be fine. But if I now return to the translation windows none of my changes has been saved. It' like I never entered any values.

    Hello stbkruse,

    I did check your form and it seems the translations were not saved. 

    I cloned your form and tried to edit your translation, I am able to replicate the issue you are having. When we try to edit the translation again, previous saved translation text is not being displayed. Please check the screenshot below:

     

    I am reporting it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update form them.

    That's interesting. If I have saved all the translations the Multilanguage tool still shows exclamation marks for missing translations but in the actual form (preview) the translation works.

    So the translation is being saved but it does not appear this way.

    We're also suffering this issue.

    we're also having ianother issue: When adding a language and then pressing save, it triggers the "Some fields are not translated" (Even if they're all translated) whatever button i press the "language" i just translated disappears.

    Basically i'm not able to add Italian or any other language. It does not care if i translate all the fields or none. When i press save and go back to the translations "page" the newly added language disappear.
