Hello, How do I keep your form data stored in my page when the client clicks on terms and conditions to read the terms before checking the accept box on the form.
If the click here link re-directs them to the html page stating the terms and conditions, when I send them back to the Jot form the page reloads and the form is empty.
They have filled out the entire form the first time, and I would like to keep them from entering the info twice. They may choose just to leave the page for good if the haved to fill it out again.
Thank you for any help that you can give.

Use this link HTML:
Edit the green part!
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.yourwebsite.com/" >Terms and Conditions!</a>

Please take a look at Yasin's solution, in this case your Terms and Conditions page will be opened in the new tab. If you need any clarifications on this, please feel free to ask.
We will be happy to help you.
