Accidently had "Secure Form" enabled, can I revert it to non-secure?

Asked by tourops on February 03, 2015 at 04:14 PM

Hi. So I hit the max of 10 submissions for a Secure form.  I just went back and unchecked the box for a secure form, so can I continue receiving the allotted submissions for this form? Or will it be closed off permanently?

    Thanks!

non-secure and revert Submissions thanks max secure

Upon checking your account, I noticed that you already passed your SSL submission limit (you had 11). Since you're reporting that you're not using the secure form URL anymore, I went ahead and reset your SSL submissions counter so you won't have any problems with your form.

Please note that we're allowed to do this only one time per account.

Should you require further assistance, please let us know.
    Thank you.
