We have just released the new migration tool and it still has some bugs to sort out. Usually when it encounters a problem it will wait for our engineers to debug the problem. That's probably what happened.
I have emailed our engineers about this and we will get back to you.
Three of your forms were failed because they had a "closed" status on FormsCentral. You can try to enable them back and then import them. Other forms have been successfully imported.
The pop up say that forms will be moved over in "seconds" but it has been 10 days and not a single form has been brought over. I can't seem to get an answer if this process takes weeks or months at this point. The struggle is if it takes weeks to bring over a form then I will need to go into each of my forms and see what data was brought over and what was missed during the weeks it takes to transfer forms and recreate it. Can anyone give us a reasonable estimate based on any current bugs, delays, backlog, etc. how long it current takes to bring forms over. I don't need to know the why part I just need an estimated time so I can make some decisions if this process will work for my needs, or if I need to starting bring them over one at a time.
Sorry about the long wait and I can assure you, your patience is really appreciated. I understand your issue and yes I wish I could provide a more accurate time for your migration to be completed but I am not able to seeing that the entire process is automated. The TAT solely depends on how far you are in the queue and how much forms others before you are migrating into Jotform. Do note that once your migration is completed, you will be notified via email.
Seeing that you have been waiting for quite some time, I will reopen your ticket to see if further assistance can be provided.
